At the Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) a couple of months ago, the Microsoft Virtual Academy team recorded some of our Microsoft MVPs and other SCSM community experts as they provided introductory instruction on Service Manager on a wide range of topics.  The whole course put together provides a great way to get ramped up on Service Manager.
