I’m really excited to get to present at another http://www.sqlsaturday.com/71/eventhome.aspx -- this time in Boston! I really enjoyed the http://www.sqlsaturday.com/43/eventhome.aspx , and I’m looking forward to presenting two sessions this time around.
In the morning I’ll be co-presenting http://www.sqlsaturday.com/viewsession.aspx?sat=71&sessionid=3912 with http://andyleonard.net . We’ll take a look at some of the http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mattm/archive/2010/11/11/sql-server-denali-what-s-coming-next-in-ssis.aspx , and try to figure out:
- The stuff that will continue working as is
- The stuff you’ll want migrate to use the new features
- The stuff you’ll develop for Denali from the ground up
Later that afternoon, I’ll be presenting my favorite topic, http://www.sqlsaturday.com/viewsession.aspx?sat=71&sessionid=3881 . I’m going to take a similar approach as http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mattm/archive/2010/06/29/ssis-performance-design-patterns-video.aspx . I’ll layout a deck chock full of delicious SSIS design patterns, and let the audience decide which ones we’ll look at. We’ll see how many we can get through before time runs out. Thankfully most of the patterns don’t require much explanation, so I’ll be making the deck available online after the session.
Hope to see you http://www.sqlsaturday.com/71/location.aspx !
