With Microsoft announcing the release of the Community Technology Preview 1 (CTP1) of SQL Server 2011 (Code name: Denali) I felt it was appropriate to mention something that was discussed in the Deploying Kronos Workforce Management Solutions using SQL Server 2008 webcast and that is upgrades.

Its customizable security architecture enables full event handling, secure storage, TDE, consolidated enterprise encryption, and security key management.
