High performance computing, and fast and reliable access to Microsoft services – that’s Microsoft datacenters worldwide in a nutshell.
On this episode, Chris and I chat with Sean Emam (Principal GPM for all datacenters) and Jon Farmer (Director of product marketing - datacenters). We highlight news about the recent opening of a new datacenter in Qatar, and the value of operating Microsoft datacenters at scale across various product groups (Microsoft 365 and Azure), partners, and ultimately out to customer.
You’ll hear more about the history and design behind our go local efforts, choosing locations, and the focus on sustainability across all datacenters to enable great business impact, with clean energy and sustainable practices intact at every turn.
