The Supportability and Digital Support teams are pleased to announce the official launch of the SaRA Sign-In diagnostic for Skype for Business.
The Skype for Business SaRA sign-in scenario supports the following versions of Skype for Business:
- Skype for Business 2015
- Skype for Business 2016
Online Checks
- Determines if the user is provisioned for Skype for Business in Office 365
- Analyze SipProxyAddress vs. UPN for miss-match
- Checks to see if user is soft deleted:

- Enables and Disables IDCRL logging
- Clear Sign-in Cache
- Check and Clear Check for ClockSkew DWORD in the registry
