Windows Server 2003 SP2 will be released to Automatic Updates (AU) next Tuesday (6/12/2007) (Click here for the Windows Server team announcement). If you are running WSUS, you will need to manually accept the EULA before the service pack will install (i.e. it will not automatically upgrade your servers without you knowing). Yes, there really is a EULA now .
Before accepting the EULA and starting the install, be sure to familiarize (or reacquaint) yourself with the issues we've documented on SBS:
Common Networking Issues After Applying Windows Server 2003 SP2 on SBS
Unable to RDP/RWW into the SBS server after applying SP2
