We are noticing an increased number of calls where Organizations—particularly those in the financial and healthcare industries—are required by such regulations as SEC Rule 17A- 4 and the Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) to archive and control access to their communications.
