GCC is Here!

Project for the web Plan 3 and Plan 5 are now available in GCC. Keep an eye out for our upcoming blog post with more information about this new experience.

 

New Features:

  • Checklists ~ The checklist feature should be available to all users using Project for the web, Project in Power Apps, and Project Operations.

 

Upcoming Features:

  • Priority Field ~ Starting in early February, users can set the priority of their tasks in Project for the web, to better help them sort & prioritize their work.
  • Labels ~ Add up to 25 different colored labels to your tasks in Project for the web for better visual organization.
  • Guest Users ~ Add people who are not part of your Microsoft 365 Group to your projects and assign tasks to them.

    Dear Microsoft project team. Please take a look at the industry leaders like Asana and Monday and blatantly copy their best features..

    I am forced to use this less than optimized product which only 'selling point' is the fact it is in the Microsoft ecosystem.

    The least you can do for your prisoners customers is to strife to be a better crappy copy of existing products.

    Hi Microsoft Project Team - In Teams, using Project For The Web via the Teams Project app, I find that copying links to tasks and following them takes me to the timeline view of the project but does not open the specific task concerned. It is confusing to users to have to manually search for the task concerned. The same issue occurs if linking to a task from the header of a task conversation in Teams.

    Do you have the plan for adding Baseline for timeline and roadmap?

    Enjoy using the Microsoft Project! It would be good to have a baseline function! Can't wait for the new release.
