- We recommend claiming up to 10 licenses, as this is the amount granted for nonprofit accounts. Please note: Any licenses claimed beyond the 10 granted will incur charges once your application is approved.
Convert Your Free Trail to Free Software Licenses:
- Visit the Nonprofit Offerings page.
- Click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the “Convert” option at the top of the screen to convert your free trial account to your nonprofit account using your current tenant ID (you can find this in Microsoft Entra please see notes under “Important Notes.”)

- If you don’t have your current tenant ID, you can follow the steps below to obtain it:
- Go to portal.azure.com
- Select Microsoft Entra ID (or More Services-> Microsoft Entra ID, if Microsoft Entra is not on your most recent list of services)
