During the last years, Ramon has specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, customizing and extending the platform to provide tailored solutions and integrations based on service-oriented architectures and messages queuing.
Motivated by community events and a noted contributor to blogs, technical books, open-source projects and forums, Ramon was first awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Dynamics CRM in 2012.
