Hello everyone, I’m David Rankin, a Senior Supportability Escalation Engineer working primarily on Remote Desktop support. Often we get customer enquiries asking which RDS updates are available for a particular Windows Server platform; or when providing support we need to verify if certain hotfixes and servicing rollups are installed on the customers’ servers. To make it easier for customers and ourselves, we regularly revise KB articles that list all of the available updates specific to Remote Desktop services for each Windows Server release: Bookmarking these KB’s is a great way to ensure you have visibility of the latest RDS updates available. If you are experiencing any of the issues mentioned, please install just that hotfix for that specific issue. Soon we will follow up with an optimization guide for each Windows Server release to help simplify these long lists of updates to ensure your Remote Desktop deployments are fully up to date. Thanks and have a great day! Note: Questions and comments are welcome. However, please DO NOT post a request for troubleshooting by using the comment tool at the end of this post. Instead, post a new thread in the RDS & TS forum . Thank you!
