We are pleased to announce that we have released an update to the System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager SDK.  You may download the updated version of the SDK here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29559 .  This update contains improvements and bug fixes to the Configuration Manager Client Messaging SDK (Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.Messaging.dll).  You may find more information about these changes in: <installdir> SamplesClient Messaging SDKchanges.txt.

As part of this release the Application Approval Workflow (AAW) solution accelerator has been removed from the SDK installer. You may download the standalone version of this solution accelerator from the Download Center .

My colleague Adam Meltzer who worked on this release, provides useful tips and tricks for the Configuration Manager SDK over on his blog https://aka.ms/ameltzer .
