Not a great first experience, gone to install the tool and (as someone points out above) the layout is wonky on the 'accept EULA' dialog, installed it. Launched it just now on my fully patched Win11 Surface and its sat there whirring with no explanation and has been for the last 15 minutes! Were do we go for help on 'Remote Help'!??
The biggest kicker seems to be the additional license cost. Will this be bundled in EM&S E3 I wonder? I suspect not.
As a long time Intune customer from back in Sliverlight and Windows 7 days Intune did actually include a remote assistance tool (done via Windows Remote Assistance I think). This was then dropped as it was deemed insecure (with no reduction in license fees obvs!), the remote support route was then to use TeamViewer which apparently integrated seamlessly with Intune (not in our experience). And now we have 'Remote Help'. It'll be interesting to see the price point when compared with TeamViewer. But as pointed out above its not ideal unless you have the unattended access feature.
