Hi, Microsoft 365 Insiders! The big day is approaching: graduation! You already have enough on your plate with studying for and taking finals and applying for jobs, not to mention planning for some R&R before launching the next phase of your life. Let Microsoft Designer help you create dazzling graduation announcements and party invites in seconds for a proper celebration of your achievements.
Share the good news with friends and family
- Open Microsoft Designer.
- Sign into your Microsoft account, or create one for free.
- If you see a design you like, select it to customize the same prompt with your own personal details.
- If you’d rather make an announcement from scratch, select the Description box and add your prompt, including details like where you’re headed to college or a new job in the fall.
- Add a prompt to the Imagery box to describe how you’d like the announcement to look, or images or designs you’d like to include.
- Select Style and/or Color options to further personalize the design.
- Select Generate and Designer will make a few announcements featuring the information you’ve provided. The generated designs are saved automatically in the My projects tab in case you want to revisit them later.
- Select your favorite design, then select Download if you’re happy with the results, or Edit to adjust the announcement’s wording or update the style of the text (font, color, size, and layout). Photos, graphics, and stickers are also easy to add.
When you’re ready, download your announcement as a mobile-friendly PNG, a lightweight JPEG, or a PDF for easy printing. You can also copy the invitation directly from the download screen and paste it into an email, post it on social, or share it in a message on your phone.
