Over time, we have uncovered many common practices among employees who want to access their corporate files outside of the company network. These are just a few things we see time and again.

- Save unencrypted files on a USB drive
- Send files to their personal email account
- Store files in a personal file sharing account
- Print documents and carrying the hard copies with them
- Copy information into Google Docs to collaborate with others
- Open email attachments through unsecured web applications
