This Azure service is born by a native integration with Astronomer to support Astro, a managed service for data orchestration that allows you to seamlessly manage and run your Airflow environments, powered by Apache Airflow™.

By leveraging the power of Azure, Apache Airflow™ on Astro – An Azure Native ISV Service offers you a range of benefits, including scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. It also provides secure connectivity using enhanced Single-sign on support directly via Azure portal. You can easily discover and sign up for this with a free 300$ Astro credit via the Azure Marketplace.

Get started with Apache Airflow™ on Astro – An Azure Native ISV Service
- Setup and subscribe your Apache Airflow™ on Astro – An Azure Native ISV Service, available easily in the Azure Marketplace. You can start your journey free of cost and pay as you use the service. Once you create your Astro resource, you also get a complimentary 300$ credit from Astronomer to get started!

You can also look for it using the search bar on Azure portal.

- Provisioning via Azure: Once you are done creating the resource on Azure, an Astro organization is provisioned in Astronomer, which is easily accessible via Azure portal.

- Single Sign-on to Astro: An SSO link is generated to securely redirect you to the Astro UI with no additional credential requirements.

- Follow the Astro documentation to create an Azure cluster to host your deployments. Your Azure cluster is responsible for hosting and running your Airflow environment, also known as Deployments.
