    Are there any plans to update MS-4018? Or is it destined for early retirement? The courseware was last updated back in April, which in Copilot terms is an eternity. A lot of information is hence significantly out of date half a year later. Thanks!

      Hi Vitaly, the content owner is actively working on an update for MS-4018 and we appreciate your patience. The release has been slightly delayed due to other priorities. Our goal is to have it available by December 15, and we’re aiming to deliver sooner if possible. You should see it scheduled on the Title Plan in the next couple weeks. Thank you!

    Hello, this morning URL creation is not working; however, it was working on 9/8.  I'm unable to create achievement code URLs for PL-300. I have followed all suggestions from the FAQ and submitted a ticket this morning; however, it was noted that I would not get a direct response.  So I thought I would advise here as well.  This is a big issue for us here at ONLC so any guidance would be great.

    Hi Mindy- I just noticed that the title plan (and last few) do not show MB-7007: Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales on it. However I believe this is active- can you confirm this is still active, and if it should be on the plan? Tx...

    If I'm not a partner nor working with TSP and want to deliver private classes what should I put in MPN location ID field on URL creation tool ?

      Matich3ck​ Private classes are only for the employees of your own company, and you cannot create achievement codes unless you are a TSP

      That's not how it works.  Only a TSP can create the URLs for learner redemption.

    Mindy_Rosenthal​ I followed the URL Creation instructions but deh Request achievment code buttot is not available. In the excel sheet ther ise a note for What if the button is not available but the URL is a picture.. where can i finde the Enrollment Guide for troubleshoot this?

      Only a TSP can create the URLs for learner redemption using the request achievement code button
