Follow up audience question post-event: "Do you have a bot to track side effects after taking the vaccine? Do you have analytics based on this side effects information collected by the bot?"
- Answer: While there is no "out of the box" template for this, it would be pretty straightforward to create a custom scenario to handle the reporting of side effects. Azure Communication Services cold be used to send SMS messages to people who have been vaccinated, asking or reminding them to report side effects. Custom Health Bot Telemetry could be used to surface this information through Application Insights, but most of the customers we've talked to are leveraging their EHR or other vaccination management solutions such as VRAS to accommodate analytics of this type.
