TRIMRANGE and other accompanying trim references

We’re introducing a new function and a set of supporting references:

  • TRIMRANGE function – a function that removes empty rows and columns from the edges of a range.
  • Trim references – offer a more succinct way to call common variations of the TRIMRANGE function.

This feature has rolled out to all Windows CC (Current Channel) and MEC (Monthly Enterprise Channel) users.

Are there plans to develop a keyboard short cut for TRIMRANGE's ".:.", ".:", and ":." cell references, similar to the F4 keyboard shortcut for creating absolute references?

  • From all mentioned above miss Python in Excel for web (E3, targeted user).  Didn't check so far consumer subscription.
