Will meeting requests be sent out for all meetings or only recurring meetings?

Q: A question about the Exchange rebase tool - will meeting requests be sent out for only recurring meetings or will it also send out meeting requests for single instance meetings?  This would be for meetings during extended DST that require rebasing.
A: Any meeting that moves as a result of the tool touching it, will send meeting update notices to all invitees.  That is for single-instance and recurring meetings occurring during the extended DST period, the three weeks between March 11 and April 1, 2007.
