When you rebase does the process resend emails out for appointments to the users that are all recurring only?

Q: When you rebase does the process resend emails out for appointments to the users that are all recurring only?   Is the resend of the meetings only for the 3 weeks in March and 1 week in November?
A: If you use the maxappts switch it will send for all recurring and non-recurring. If you use the recurring only switch then it will be for only the recurring appointments. And yes it is only for the last three weeks in March and the single week spanning the last Sunday in October to the first Sunday in November.
