A: It signifies that you may not have rights to those mailboxes.  You need to ensure that the account running the tool has Full Mailbox Access and Send AS permissions to all mailboxes. A script is provided with KB 930879 that accomplishes this: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=930879
