Q: Once the Exchange update tool is run, and the ConflictingUsers.txt and NonExistent.txt are generated, is there a way to fix the users in those two logs? I’ve tried to replace the time zones in the conflicting log and run it again, but it doesn't accept it.
A: To address those two user groups, you should deploy the client side patch to their machines.
