I'm having some problems running the MSExTmz tool. I've patched my Exchange 2003 SP1 with the os and exchange patch and now running the rebase tool. I'm getting errors in the logs, Unable Open mailbox - 0x8004011C ,, the tzmove.exe is crashing

Exchange SP2 is a requirement for the CDO patch (KB926666),931978 is the version for Exchange SP1. For your specific error, you may want to make sure that account you are running the tool as has SEND AS permissions to all the mailboxes you are running against. Take a look at KBs 895104, 301458, 830355 as well
