A: Error spawning worker process - 0x80070002 is typically caused by the tool not finding the right TZmove.exe. Make sure it is using the one in \Program files\office\outlook12\outlook update tool\.

I'm trying to run the DST Exchange Time zone update tool and I'm getting the following on all mailboxes:
