Q: I installed the Windows OS patch KB 931836 on our Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 server on February 14. The workstations are not patched and the Outlook or Exchange update tool has not been run. What rules were the workstations using when they created calendar entries?
A: The items created by non-patched workstation may still be using DST 2006 rules.
