I don't know if we're using Auto Accept Agent. How can I tell?

Q: I'm unsure if we are using Auto Accept Agent for reserving conference rooms. We're Exchange 2K3 and Outlook 2003. I've looked for the auto accept executables, but don't find them. I'm concerned about the double booking issue when the calendars are rebased.  How

Depending on how many resource mailboxes you have, you may want to look at the workarounds elaborated there.  Also, there will be an updated tool released next week that supports AAA resource mailboxes better then the current tool. You may want to consider waiting for that tool if the workarounds are unpalatable
