Q: For this daylight saving change, do I just adjust my clock in the control panel? Or do I have to download the updates you're talking about here?
A: We recommend you run the update http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928388 If you just change the clock you may experience the issue again as your computer won't be aware of the new daylight savings time change.
