A: You can re-run the tool msExTmzCfg.exe and check the "Skip Extraction" option in the first screen and import the new file(output.txt) you just created manually. The wizard will pop up a dialog and asking you to map the user time zones to windows time zones, this way you can resolve the conflict and generate the bat file to run it. It will not pop up if you have manually resolve the users in output.txt with correct time zone. It will directly lead you to create the bat file to run it.
