We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/15, 13:13 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/12, 08:00 UTC and that during the 3 Days 5 hours and 13 Minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Some customers who are using ITSM connector may have experienced missing alerts in a partner solution, for example ServiceNow.

- Root Cause: We determined that a recent configuration regression resulted in the calls being sent from ITSM to be unable to complete.
