We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/07, 20:27 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/07,17:00 UTC and that during the 3 hours and 27 minutes that it took to mitigate the issue, a subset of customers using Azure monitor services such as Application Insights, Log Analytics and/or Log Search Alerts may have experienced issues with data access, alerting failures / missed alerts and UI loading issues when running queries from portal.

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and Log Analytics and are actively investigating. Some customers may experience Data Access issues, alerting failures or missed alerts and UI loading issues when querying from portal.
