The goal of this webinar series is to showcase how Healthcare is seeing positive business and clinical outcomes with cloud technology.

For this session, Nathan Freitas, a Senior Technology Specialist at Microsoft, will discuss how a unified patient record can transform the patient experience for the better and improve key patient call center KPIs. For too long, patient call centers have been challenged with using umpteen systems to support their patient needs during phone calls. Agents struggle to find the information they need and as a result, patient satisfaction decreases while call times increase. The unfortunate result... increased cost to the healthcare system and patients.

But now, with Microsoft’s platform empowering next-gen patient care, we see many benefits, such as:

  • Providing Patients with personalized information wherever they are
  • Automated support with the use of AI-powered bots
  • A simplified agent screen with Patient 360 views
  • Automated intelligent recommendations and sentiment analysis that reduce call times

Come join us to hear about how Microsoft can help you transform the way you care for your patients.
